How do I fill in my personal information file?
Simply open the document in word or excel, give the file a name and save it to your documents. Then simply go through the document filling in the lines that you want. You can delete complete rows if they are not applicable to you and you can easily add rows to customize the file for your own circumstances. Please see the last page of the downloaded file for complete instructions on how best to alter the file to suit your personal information.
I don’t have WORD or EXCEL, what can I do?
I am interested in learning what kind of file formats you are looking for and if demand is sufficient, then I will try to accommodate a few more.
